Are we the right service 2019-05-01T12:18:55+00:00

ARE WE THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR YOU?

CHUMS REFERRAL CRITERIA

We want to make sure you are getting the right help as quickly as you can.  There may be a more appropriate service for your need.  For example, anger management and behaviour would be best supported by specialist services rather than CHUMS. Please have a look at the information below on our signposting board to check.

IN AN EMERGENCY
• Contact Your GP
• Contact Accident and Emergency (if you feel that you/the young person is likely to self-harm or attempt to take their life)
• Contact 111  (option 2)
